This explains what Nexora collects, who else sees it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes what the software actually does today — not a template of what a company like ours might do.
It is written to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in plain terms.
Nexora AI LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Nexora (“Nexora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Nexora is a chat assistant that businesses embed on their own websites. That means this policy covers two different relationships, and they have different rules.
If you are a BUSINESS that signed up for Nexora, we hold your account and we decide how it is handled. You are our customer, and we are responsible to you directly.
If you are a VISITOR who chatted with an assistant on some company’s website, that company decides why the conversation happened and what is done with it. We hold the conversation on their behalf and act on their instructions. Your first point of contact is them — though you can always write to us and we will help you reach them.
From businesses using Nexora: the account details you enter at signup (business name, owner name, work email, phone, industry, website), your logo and any images you upload, the material you add in the AI Train Center, your widget settings, and billing records.
From visitors chatting with an assistant: exactly what the conversation contains, plus a small amount of context about where it happened.
The widget lets a visitor restyle their own chat — typeface, accent colour, backdrop, window opacity, a background image, and where the bubble sits. All of that is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device.
It never leaves your machine. It is not sent to us, it is not sent to the business whose site you are on, and clearing your browser data removes it completely.
Answering a question means sending the conversation to an AI model, and we do not run those models ourselves. Below are the providers we currently rely on and what each one receives. This list is accurate as of the date at the top of this page; if we add or change a provider we will update it here.
We will be straight about this, because it is the part most policies fudge: Nexora does not currently delete anything automatically. Conversations, leads, uploaded documents and trained material stay until a business deletes them or asks us to.
If you want something removed, ask, and we will remove it. We would rather tell you that than publish a retention period the software does not enforce.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the law where you are gives you more than that — the UK and EU GDPR, and the CCPA in California, are the ones most often relevant — those rights apply and we will honour them.
One practical note. If your data is in there because you chatted on some company’s website, that company decides. We will act on their instruction quickly, and we will help you reach them if you do not know who they are.
Traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Dashboard access requires a login, and the widget on a customer’s site can only ever reach that one company’s assistant.
We are a small team running our own infrastructure. We are not going to claim certifications we do not hold — we hold none today. If you need a specific security commitment before you can use us, write to us and we will answer honestly about whether we can meet it.
Nexora is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child’s details reached us through a chat, tell us and we will delete them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who receives it, we will change the date at the top and tell account holders by email. We will not quietly rewrite it.
Write to [email protected] and a person will answer. If you are a visitor to a website that uses Nexora and you want your conversation deleted, tell us which site and roughly when — we will pass it to that business and act on their instruction.
